WonderFLY is a platform that aims to bring the ideas of challengers to life. ANA hopes to encourage, support, and connect challengers to help innovative ideas take flight together with supporters from around the world.
Q02.Recommended system requirements
For an optimal experience on the WonderFLY website, we recommend that users use one of the following browsers/operating systems.

Q03.What information do I need to register?
To register with WonderFLY, you will need to provide a username (screen name), email address and password.
In addition to the above, you will need to register the following information to use and participate on this platform.
- Name, delivery address and credit card information
* Please note that you must be 20 years or older to register as a challenger.
* Pages will be displayed in the language selected at login.
The language can be changed again from your user settings page.
Q04.What can I do as a member?
As a member, you can submit your own crowdfunding projects as well as support other people’s projects.
Q05.I would like to cancel my membership
You can cancel your membership by clicking the Member Info icon located in your My Page screen and then navigating to the "Cancel Membership" button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
Q06.Methods of support
Methods of support
A.You can pledge to support a project by selecting either credit payment or ANA Mileage Club payment.
* Please be aware that payments to support projects cannot be cancelled once they have been pledged.
- Regarding payment by credit card
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, Diners Club, Discover and AMEX credit cards.
In addition to credit cards issued in Japan, some cards issued overseas can also be accepted. Credit cards issued in the European Economic Area (EEA) and India are not accepted.
Your support will be canceled for credit card authorization which is conducted 3 days before the final day of the project if you apply with a creditcard that requires 3D Secure.
It is necessary for you to apply again by the end of the project, therefore we recommend you to use another credit card which does not require 3D Secure.
- Regarding payment with the ANA Mileage Club miles.
If the project you supported is successful, we will email you a link to process your mileage payment. Once you receive the email, you will have (3) days to access the link and complete the necessary mileage payment procedures. To ensure that you receive the necessary email notifications required to process your mileage payment, please double check that you received a confirmation email following your support pledge. (If not, please also check your junk mail box or contact us:email@example.com )
Those who wish to make a payment through the ANA Mileage Club are also required to register a credit card.
Please note that in the event you choose to make a payment through the ANA Mileage Club and the mileage payment cannot be processed due to insufficient mileage points, etc., your payment will be made automatically via the credit card you registered.
Q07.Regarding support from outside of Japan
You can pledge to support projects from both within Japan and outside of Japan.
To support a project, you first need to register a credit card issued in an eligible country.

Q08.Procedures for when a project you have pledged to support succeeds
When a project you have pledged to support succeeds and payment has been made without delay, you will receive your returns from the challenger you supported at a later date.
* For details on the date when your returns will be delivered, please confirm the return details of the respective project.
Q09.Regarding the breakdown of payments made to support projects
The total amount pledged to support projects is inclusive of consumption tax and delivery within Japan. Supporters will not be asked to bear other costs under any circumstance.
However, those who wish to have a product delivered outside of Japan may in some cases need to pay additional postage charges. For more details, please see the Details page for returns for which overseas delivery is available.
Q10.Delivery of returns
There are two types of returns: physical content and digital content delivered online.
All physical returns can be shipped within Japan and some physical products can be shipped to eligible countries outside of Japan.
Online content returns that do not involve shipment of a physical product can be supported by eligible credit cards issued worldwide.

Please check each project page for information regarding which physical returns are eligible for shipment outside of Japan.
If you wish to change the shipping address of a physical return after you have submitted your pledge, please contact the project owner directly.
Q11.Inquiries concerning projects
Please contact the project organizer directly with your inquiry.
Comments function: You can use this function to leave comments directly on a project page. Comments are published directly on the project’s page, where you can view the reply from the challenger. You can also read comments left by other users. (Public)
TALK function: You can use this function to send a direct message to a challenger via their project page. Once you have sent a message, you will be able to correspond directly with the challenger via the chat function on your My Page. (Private)
Report function: You can check a project’s status and on-going process whenever a report is published by the challenger.
